Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Gather data through surveys, interviews, online research, and other sources to analyse market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Summarize and present research findings to the marketing team for insights and actionable recommendations.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Assist in creating content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including event planning and coordination.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing campaign data and metrics to evaluate performance and effectiveness.
- Create reports and presentations with data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing strategies.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ marketing activities, product launches, and promotions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team to inform marketing strategies.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies based on research insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bacherlor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Market Research, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute fresh ideas to the marketing team.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools is an advantage.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a 3-monthinternship position, which can be renewed further by another three months. Exceptional performers can be abosorbed within the group, aligned with any product / service stream.
The internship may be paid or unpaid, depending on the candidate’s qualifications / prior experience.
