As an E-commerce Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting online retail operations and gaining valuable hands-on experience for a new project of ISM SOFTSOL. Responsibilities:
- Product Listings and Catalog Management:
- Assist in creating and updating product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are uploaded to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize product content and descriptions.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Support the order processing and fulfillment process, including order verification, packaging, and shipping.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status and tracking.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, or phone channels.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Online Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Help manage social media accounts and contribute to engaging content creation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Inventory Management:
- Support inventory tracking and stock replenishment processes.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze e-commerce data, including sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Prepare reports and insights to help improve e-commerce strategies and decision-making.
- Website Maintenance:
- Assist in updating website content, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure the website’s user experience is optimal and free from technical issues.
- Competitive Research:
- Conduct research on competitor e-commerce strategies and industry trends.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve our e-commerce offerings.
Requirements:
- Bacherlor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Market Research, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
Duration and Compensation:
- This is a 3-6 months internship position.
